Real Human Hair quality is not measured in grades instead it’s measured in terms of hair cuticles.

What are hair cuticles?
Hair cuticles are the outer layers of each strand of hair which covers and protects the inner of hair. Usually cuticles are like fish scales which run in same direct from top to down. It must for hair to have cuticles intact in same direction (Also called as Remy Hair) in order for to remain tangle free and easily manageable.

If hair quality is measured by cuticles, then why most of the Chinese hair vendor sell hair by grades?

In reality all Chinese vendors sell cuticles removed chemically processed hair, so in order to hide the actual hair quality they use grade 5A, grade 6A, grade 7A terms to specify the hair quality. If you ask them what the difference in quality for all these grades of hairs they will not able to give a satisfactory answer, which is evident they sell processed hair without cuticles.

Why Chinese vendors do not sell Indian Hair with Cuticles Intact in the same direction?
The fact is simple… the cost of Indian Hair with cuticles intact in the same direction is high. Usually Chinese hair vendors main selling point is cheap price and not quality. Chinese hair factory buy floor hair or waste comb hair from India at very cheap dust price and process them with chemicals and sell at good margin.

How to ask for quality hair?
The main quality terms used in Human Hair are Virgin and Remy. In most cases vendors are happy to say their hair is Virgin and they remain silent about the Remy, they do not want to talk about it. Most Chinese vendors have created a myth that Remy hair is of not good quality hair, only virgin hair is of good quality hair. In reality it’s the vice versa. In fact to understand it better first we need to understand what it really mean by Virgin and Remy.

What is Virgin Hair?
The hair can be colored or the color of hair can be altered to your desired shade. It does not guarantee that the hair is not processed to remove cuticles or does not guarantee the hair still holds the cuticles in the same direction.

What is Remy Hair?
Remy hair means the hair cuticles are still intact in the same direction. So, to answer your question how to ask for the best suitable hair for your need is, if you want the tangle free hair and easily manageable then add the keyword REMY. If you plan to change your hair color then use the keyword Virgin.

What is your shipping and delivery policy?

For International buyers, orders are shipped and delivered through registered international courier companies and / or International speed post only. Some customer destination countries might impose customs import duty to release the package to the consignee, in such cases it's the responsibility of the consignee to pay the respective charges to get the package delivered. If the customer destination country customs withhold the package due on customs import duty HAIR INDIA IMPORTS is not responsible or liable in any way. For domestic buyers, orders are shipped through registered domestic courier companies and /or speed post only. Orders are shipped within 15 working days or as per the delivery date agreed at the time of order confirmation and delivering of the shipment subject to Courier Company / post office norms. HAIR INDIA IMPORTS is not liable for any delay in delivery by the courier company / postal authorities and only guarantees to hand over the consignment to the courier company or postal authorities within 15 working days from the date of the order and payment or as per the delivery date agreed at the time of order confirmation. Delivery of all orders will be to registered address of the buyer as per the credit/debit card only at all times (Unless specified at the time of Order). HAIR INDIA IMPORTS is in no way responsible for any damage to the order or missing package while in transit to the buyer or after delivery. If for any reason the order package is returned to us undelivered due to refusal of accepting package delivery or wrong address or unavailability of customer to receive the order package, then the same will be informed to the customer through email and the package will be held by us only for a period of 2 days to get an update from respective customers. If we do not receive any further communication from the customer then the order package will be discarded and no further claim will be entertained. If we get reply from the customer and the product is shipped again after then the shipping charges are to be paid again by the customer. What is your store policy?
HAIR INDIA IMPORTS believes in helping its customers as far as possible, and has therefore a liberal cancellation policy. Under this policy: 1. Cancellations will be considered only if the request is made within 24 hours of placing an order. However, the cancellation request will not be accepted if the orders have been initiated or in the process of shipping them. 2. There is no cancellation of orders placed under the Same Day or Next Day Shipping Shipping category Products. 3. No cancellations are accepted for those products that the HAIR INDIA IMPORTS marketing team has obtained on special occasions, clearance sales, special discounts and offer sales. These are limited occasion offers and therefore cancellations are not possible. 4. HAIR INDIA IMPORTS does not accept cancellation requests on custom made offers like blonde hair , made textures like curly hairs and etc. 5. In case of receipt of damaged or defective items, please report the same to our Customer Service team. The request will, however, be entertained once the merchant has checked and determined the same at his own end. This should be reported within 2 days of receipt of the products. 6. In case you feel that the product received is not as shown on the site or as per your expectations, you must bring it to the notice of our customer service through email within 24 hours of receiving the product. The Customer Service Team after looking into your complaint will take an appropriate decision. 7. In case of Duplicate orders or Same order placed twice with us by mistake, the duplicate order will be cancelled only on request by email. Once the request is received the duplicate order will be cancelled and a refund will be issued deducting the Credit Card Transaction fee and Currency conversion fee. If request is made after shipping of product then request will be declined. 8. After shipping the product if the customer refuse or was not available to receive the goods from the courier, then in such case the product will be returned back to HAIR INDIA IMPORTS and will wait for 2 working days after receiving the goods, if the customer did not contact us with proper reason we hold the right to cancel the order and issue refund deducting the credit card transaction fee+currency conversion fee + Shipping Charges To & From + Order Handling and Restocking fee of 25% of order value. If the customer wishes to reship the goods again then the shipping charges has to be paid again by the customer. 9. If the customer destination country impose customs import duty to release the package it is suppose to be paid by customers only. If customer declines to pay the charges then the package might be held by the customs, in such case HAIR INDIA IMPORTS is not responsible. Its the duty of the receiver to pay the customs import duty. If package is returned to us then the order will be cancelled and a refund is issued deducting the credit card transaction fee+currency conversion fee + Shipping Charges To & From + Order Handling and Restocking fee of 25% of order value.

What is your exchange policy?
1. If for any reason you do not like the product or item received is with manufacturing fault or you would like to exchange it for any other product, you can exchange the items without using it or altering it or damaging it. 2. If you wish to Exchange your order item, you need to communicate the same to HAIR INDIA IMPORTS through email with in 2 days from the date of delivery along with the reason to exchange it. 3. All items to be Exchanged should be shipped to HAIR INDIA IMPORTS only after getting approval from HAIR INDIA IMPORTS through email. Address to return the items will be communicated along with the approval email . 4. The shipping charges To and From should be paid by customers only HAIR INDIA IMPORTS will not bear shipping charges. Only for items with manufacturing fault and manufacturing damage we do free return shipping for the exchange items. Apex Virgin Hair reserves the right to consider a product as fault. 5. The received items from customers for exchange will be examined by HAIR INDIA IMPORTS for any damage or altered or used products. Exchanges will be accepted, only if the products are unused or not altered or not damaged. All rights to accept or to reject any exchanges is at sole discretion of HAIR INDIA IMPORTS. 6. If exchange is accepted , the same will be communicated to the customer through email and the customer should pay for the return shipping of the exchange item. If the customer fails to pay the shipping charges for the approved or unapproved exchange item with in 7 working days from the date of approval or unapproved email, the customer returned item for exchange will be discarded and no further exchange or refund are entertained. 7. The approved exchange item will be dispatched in 5 to 8 working days from the date of receipt of shipping charges from customers. 8. NO exchange is accepted on used or altered or damaged items. 9. NO exchange is accepted on Sample kits, Happy Deal Offers and Wholesale Orders. All sales are done on as is condition and all sales are final.. RETURN POLICY: 1.
